Taking the Paul Collins' Beat and The Plimsouls as references, the songs of the album take a metaphorical trip from the scratching '70s riffs, back to beatlesque vibes, moving across the British pub-rock of the Elvis Costello-era and through the '90s powerpop of Teenage Fanclub and Weezer.
